Example:

〜が残る
Meaning: Something remains; still stays.
Example:
午前中はまだ雨が残ります。
(In the morning, the rain will still remain.)
〜には止む(やむ)
Meaning: Will stop by…, will clear by…
Example:
午後には止むでしょう。
(It will stop raining in the afternoon.)
天気予報(てんきよほう)
Meaning: Weather forecast.
Example:
天気予報を聞いています。
(Listening to the weather forecast.)
すっかり
Meaning: Completely; thoroughly.
Example:
天気がすっかり良くなる。
(The weather becomes completely good.)
止む(やむ)
Meaning: To stop (raining, snowing).
Example:
